5. Payment Terms

5.3 Late Payments

Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month (18% annually) and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5.4 Refund Policy

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for completed work will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be prorated based on work completed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 BitLuse Content

Upon full payment for services:

Source code and design files may be provided upon request and additional fees

6.3 Third-Party Assets

Some deliverables may incorporate third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, libraries) subject to their own licenses. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for commercial use of such assets.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Content Submissions

If you submit content to our Website (comments, testimonials, contact forms), you grant BitLuse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

All outstanding invoices become immediately due
Access to any client portals or services will be revoked
We may delete any client data in our possession after 30 days
Provisions regarding payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive termination

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
